FRANCE – OXO Light is lauching its LED Funstrip, an energy-saving LED version of its Funstrip batten. LED Funstrip replaces the traditional MR16 lamps of Funstrip with 10 x 9W warm white LED sources, each of which can be controlled individually. The long LED life (50,000 hours) means the lightsources are replaced less often, saving on material and labor costs, especially beneficial in fixed installations such as television studios or display lighting.

Users will be able to orchestrate stills, 3D objects, interactive elements, animations, graphics, video and sound across multiple displays. Watchpax can also be used in information points or to drive content in kiosks in corporate showrooms, digital signage and visitor center applications.

PR Lighting’s new PR XLED 70 Spot has been designed for club and bar use. The fixture houses a Luminus PhlatLight CBT-90-W Big Chip white LED source. Features include a color wheel comprising eight colors (plus white) and a gobo wheel (with 11 gobos plus white). The head movement offers adjustable speed of 540 degrees pan and 190 degree tilt; it also offers auto position correction and magnetic sensor positioning. The fixture weighs 10 lbs.
FT. WAYNE, IN – Apollo has expanded their Multiform line of LEDs to include the MultiSpot HP LS1012. Using 3-in-1 MulTriCell LEDs, color mixing happens right at the light source to generate a consistent beam of colored light. The unit has no fans, resulting in silent cooling. Apollo is targeting this fixture as a truss toner, and a wall and tent uplighter.
