Chauvet Professional Q-Wash 419Z RGBW LED Zoom Wash Moving Head

The Q-Wash 419Z LED is a high-output RGBW wash moving head with a zoom range of 7-25 degrees. The fixture features 19 – 15watt LEDs broken down into 3 separate zones of LED control. The Q-Wash 419Z LED offers five different DMX profile options: 8, 10, 21 (two) or 24 DMX-channel modes. It features multi-voltage operation and up to 5 units can be linked at 120V, or up to 9 units at 230V. The unit also includes both 3- and 5-pin XLR connectors.

PixelFLEX FLEXLite

PixelFLEX’s FLEXLite LED tile, available in models designed for indoor and outdoor use, feature frames made with die cast aluminum, adding strength while keeping weight to a svelte 28 pounds. The indoor version comes in pitches of 3.0, 5.2, 6.9 and 7.8 mm; the outdoor version has  6.25, 8.9 and 12.0 mm pixel pitches. A high refresh rate makes the panels suited to televised and filmed events, and at 5,000 nits, the outdoor product can compete with sunlight.

Laserworld’s new BeamNET Series includes the BeamNET 10, a 10-in-one laser light with a bar of 10 individually controlled diodes available in blue, green and red, and the BeamNET Single, with two options for a single-beam unit – either the blue (static beam) BeamNET 2B (pictured here) or RGB diode. All BeamNET systems can be triggered through DMX/Art-Net and can be integrated to an existing light show with common light desks.

LightGeist Splodger

LightGeist LightStick, Badger and Splodger

FRANKFURT — LightGeist is calling the launch of its new product range, which includes fixtures called the LightStick, the Badger and, pictured left, the Splodger, an “unmitigated success.” The new gear was introduced mid-March at the Prolight + Sound show here. The RGB LED fixtures can be operated without cables, allowing for immersive effects with multiple fixtures in various configurations.

Chauvet Professional Rogue Spot and Beam Fixtures

Chauvet Professional’s new Rogue series of moving head fixtures extends features like LED gobo morphing, variable speed scrolling and multi-prism rotation into tight-budget territory. The series currently includes four fixtures: two spots (Rogue R1 Spot, Rogue R2 Spot) and two beam fixtures (Rogue R1 Beam – pictured here – and the Rogue R2 Beam).

Ayrton launched its Radical range of RGBW LED fixtures along with its NandoBeam S6 fixture at Prolight+Sound 2014 in Frankfurt, Germany in mid-March.

Ayrton Radical Series RGBW LED Fixtures

Ayrton’s new Radical Series promises to combine a honed and streamlined appearance with a very narrow and intense beam, advanced thermal management and impressive output suited for use in arenas and stadiums as well as smaller venues. Most of the fixtures in the line (except for the WildBeam-R and IntelliPix-R) were kept under wraps until their launch at Prolight + Sound in Frankfurt, Germany. The other models in the R Series include the MagicPanel-R, MagicBlade-R and the MagicRing-R9.

Chauvet Professional COLORdash Par-Hex 12

Chauvet Professional’s COLORdash Par-Hex 12 light contains 12 10-watt “Hex” LEDs, each with six colors – red, green, blue, amber, white and UV. The addition of UV lets the light to function as a straight ultraviolet light or, alternately, be used to produce an iridescent sheen.

ADJ Event Bar Q4

ADJ’s Event Bar Q4, a four-head X-Y bar pin-spot system, adds white to the RGB (red, green and blue) LED color mixing system. 10W CREE quad-color (RGBW: 4-in-1) LEDs power the fixtures, which can pan and tilt independently with a 5-degree beam angle. The unit is fully controllable via DMX allowing integration into a larger synchronized lighting display.
