coolux QUAD ID and Pandoras Box Version 5.7
QUAD ID Tags are the latest coolux product development focusing on new tracking scenarios. The actual QUAD ID Tag is encased in a robust black belt pack, that also includes batteries. Up to four small tracking LED connector cables can be attached to the pack, that can either all share the same ID or can have different IDs. Having four LEDs refer to the same ID can be an advantage when creating double and triple backup solutions to make sure that a person or object being tracked will be visible to motion tracking cameras at all times, not depending on the objects’ rotation/orientation.
Green-GO App from Green-GO Communication
Green-GO, a leading digital intercom-over-Ethernet system from ELC Lighting, recently launched its Green-GO app for Apple devices (iOS). The app is free to download from the Apple Store and lets users gain control over beltpacks or table stations (32 full duplex channels, 250 groups and 3000 users) by using their iPhone, iPad or iTouch mobile devices.

Le Maitre Expands VS “Virtually Smokeless” Pyro Offerings
Le Maitre’s latest range of pyrotechnics, the VS – “virtually smokeless” range, is continuing to expand. The VS range was originally conceived back in 2010 when Le Maitre’s R&D team, based in Peterborough, UK, were looking to improve the visual impact of effects by overcoming typical but unwelcome byproducts of pyrotechnics. Conventional pyro can produce a lot of smoke and ash, and with the advent of HD television and the increased use of pyro in sporting events, these by-products needed to be addressed.
