More than seventy Claypaky lights were used to illuminate the inaugural Eurovolley match at the Verona Arena. The project was conceived by Mequadro Service’s lighting designer Andrea Coppini and the company owner Emanuele Mazzi, with support from Claypaky product specialist Alessandro Melegaro. Here is a look inside The Sphere in Las Vegas from this past weekend when U2 took to the stage with the opening of their highly-anticipated ‘U2:UV Achtung Baby Live at Sphere’ shows at the launch of the cutting-edge venue. The 25-date run of shows celebrates the band’s acclaimed album ‘Achtung Baby’, as well as its accompanying industry-defining ‘ZOO TV’ Tour which broke the mold. U2 provided fans a fully immersive experience, utilizing every part of Sphere’s LED screen – the world’s largest and highest-resolution – into a gallery that showcased bespoke art while performing on a turntable stage.

PTP Live Adds to 12G Fly Pack Inventory with FOR-A Switchers and Routers; First Gig for Nationwide Lauren Daigle Tour

Nashville-based live event production company PTP Live has chosen FOR-A HVS-1200 video switchers and MFR-1000 routers for its rental fleet of 12G flypacks – pre-wired mobile production units, used in combination with projectors, LED wall products, cameras, playback, and lighting equipment.
