Lighting for Adele’s record-breaking ‘Adele in Munich residency’, staged in a purpose-built outdoor stadium designed by Production Designer Florian Wieder at the Munich Messe, was designed by Cory FitzGerald from U.S.-based creative design studio Silent House. American rock band Godsmack is on the road in support of their latest (and final) album, 2023’s ‘Lighting Up the Sky’. The fall leg of their North American tour kicked off in September with a lighting package provided by Bandit Lites. Lighting Designer Jeff Rials assembled a clean and simple design for the Godsmack tour.
Only 59 of the 1,400 young people from around the world who participated in the 47th annual WorldSkills Competition won gold medals. But in reality, everyone involved in this nonprofit event went home a winner. First, there were the educational benefits. Founded in the aftermath of WWII when there was a global shortage of skilled workers, WorldSkills is dedicated to promoting vocational education.
