NEW YORK — Billy McFarland’s Fyre Festival, originally set up as a two-weekend event in the Bahamas in late April and early May 2017, ended up costing 80 investors close to $26 million. NASHVILLE – For Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Last Of The Street Survivors Farewell Tour,” which runs from May through December, LD Jonny “Tosar” Tosarello wanted to create a look that was as epic as the iconic Southern Rock band itself. He succeeded in doing just that with help from a collection of 28 Chauvet Professional Rogue R2 Wash fixtures supplied by Premier Global Productions.

As for this artist’s 2017 tour, Matt Mills, partner of Touch Light & Media, is supplying the Follow-Me remote followspot system from AC Lighting. Lisle noted that lighting director Keith Hoagland came up with the idea to use the Follow-Me setup last year. “I loved it so much we brought it back for this tour,” Lisle says.
