Temple University’s TUTV Upgrades with Vanguard LED Display Panels

PHILADELPHIA – Temple University recently upgraded the set it uses for campus-based cable station TUTV (Temple University Television), incorporating Axion Series LED video panels from Vanguard LED Displays of Lakeland, FL. Joshua Kell, CEO of Horizon AVL, specified Vanguard Axion P1.8 LED panels for the project.

Co1ab Lights U.K. Tour for The Streets with Robe Fixtures

BIRMINGHAM, U.K. – The Streets, led by hip-hop raconteur Mike Skinner, turned to the lighting and visuals design team at Co1ab for an edgy show design for a recent series of gigs. Jon Trincas and Steve Hough specified 120 Robe Spikies and 30 Robe Spiider LED wash beams for the shows. Blackburn, U.K.-based LCR supplied the gear.

LD Michael Berger Uses GLP Fixtures for ‘Love Actually Live’ in Beverly Hills

LOS ANGELES – The a live stage version of the 2003 movie Love Actually ran from Dec. 4-31 at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills. LD Michael Berger made use of an ample arsenal of 4Wall-supplied GLP fixtures for the production, which featured a 15-piece orchestra. The rig included 24 X4 atoms, 10 X4 Bar 20’s, seven X4 XL’s and seven of GLP’s brand-new S350 fixtures.
