LD Will Chandler Uses Chauvet Professional Fixtures for Bob Moses at Coachella 2019

INDIO, CA – Canadian electronic duo Bob Moses performed at sunset at Coachella’s Outdoor Stage in mid-April. Faced with the challenge of creating a visual impression that could rival the glory of a desert sunset, LD Will Chandler relied upon a rig that included 20 Chauvet Professional Strike 1 fixtures and 34 Épix Strip Tour fixtures along with eight video walls.

Major Esport Tournament in Poland Brightens with Elation Lighting Fixtures

KATOWICE, Poland – Gamers from across the globe turned their attention to the Polish city of Katowice in late February for Intel Extreme Masters esports tournament. Warsaw-based Aram provided a large lighting and video package used for the event, including full color SixBar 1000 and white light DTW Bar 1000 battens along with Fuze Par Z60 luminaires, all from Elation Professional.

Christie Named Official Displays and Projection Partner for Expo 2020 Dubai

DUBAI, UAE – Dubai Expo 2020, to run from Oct. 20, 2020 to April 10, 2021 in Dubai, UAE, will include exhibits from 192 countries from around the world on a site of more than 1,000 acres between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Plans call for large format projections to appear on the Al Wasl Plaza dome during the event, with Christie projection technologies put to use on the dome’s 130-meter-wide projection surface.

INDIO, CA – For Bad Bunny’s performances at Coachella 2019, the Xite Labs team, led by creative directors Vello Virkhaus and Greg Russell along with producer Amish Dani, provided a visual spectacle that started with the artist’s unique stage entrance – through a giant LED and lighted acrylic eye – and continued (with special guest J Balvin) to the crowd’s pinkies-in-the-air approval.
