BOSTON – JRLX, Inc. supplied 17 Chauvet Professional Rogue R2 Wash fixtures for Dropkick Murphys LD Jeff Maker. He’s been using them to bathe the stage in color and illuminate the five separate sections of backdrops that appear during the show to help the Celtic punkers put a visual exclamation point on their brash brand of music.
TEL AVIV, Israel – LDs Ronen Najar and Dakar Azulay, lighting designers working on this year’s Eurovision Song Contest, relied on Italy-based DTS for a big part of the lighting component in the production. The rig for the semi-finals and finals, held at Expo Tel Aviv May 14, 16 and 18, included 376 Katana LED bars for the main hall and 48 Synergy 5 Profiles in the Green Room.
