Mexican Stars Emmanuel & Mijares Perform with 800 ADJ AV2X Video Panels

MEXICO CITY – Two of Mexico’s most popular artists of the 1980s and 1990s, Emmanuel and Mijares, have been teaming up between solo gigs since 2013, and six years later, their Two’R Tour concept is still going strong. For a sold-out show at 10,000-capacity Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City earlier this year, Producciones Premium LT and AlmaShow Producciones backed the performers with 792 ADJ AV2X video panels.

Two of the greatest figures in Latin pop history, Emmanuel and Mijares, are again delighting audiences across Mexico, Central America and the U.S., performing their popular ballads and pop songs beneath a large rig of Elation Professional fixtures with lighting design by Hector Valencia and Axel Rebollo.

Band of Horses Takes Bandit Lites on the Road

NASHVILLE – American rock group Band of Horses recently wrapped a summer tour with a lighting package provided by Bandit Lites. Lighting designer Dara Guiney built upon the previous design by Ben Marx and added more incandescent looks, expanding the design to give a more panoramic feel.

The Raconteurs Tour with Elation, Other Fixtures

COLUMBIA, SC – For the Raconteurs’ 2019 tour, in support of their third album, Help Us Stranger, released in June, production and lighting designer Matthieu Larivée is using an Upstaging-supplied rig that includes Elation Dartz 360 fixtures along with GLP, Robe and Astera fixtures to complement the group’s eclectic, guitar-driven sound.

LD Ken Posner Lights ‘Beetlejuice’ and ‘Long Lost’ with Ayrton Fixtures

NEW YORK – Theatrical LD Ken Posner chose Ayrton fixtures for the Broadway hit musical, Beetlejuice, which opened in April at the Winter Garden Theatre, and also for the Off-Broadway production of Donald Margulies’ Long Lost, which made its New York premiere at Manhattan Theater Club – Stage 1 at City Center in June.

REMA 1000 Lights Up with Robe

HERNING, Denmark – The Rema 1000 no-frills supermarket chain celebrated its 25th anniversary of doing business in Denmark with a conference and party attended by close to 9,000 of the company’s staff. LD Sune Verdier centered his production design on looks from 124 Robe moving lights for the conference sessions, concert and dance party staged at Herning, Denmark’s Jyske Bank Boxen arena.
