NEW YORK – Paradise Club is drawing patrons to the new Edition boutique hotel in Times Square with Elation fixtures specified by AVL design and integration firm Clair Solutions with input from Yossy Marquez of J. Marquez Consultants, Inc. The installation includes Artiste DaVinci, Fuze Wash Z350, SixPar 200 LED Pars and SixBar 1000 LED battens.
ZAGREB, Croatia – The concert that took place at Zagreb’s Ban Jelačić Square on Oct. 17, 1989 was more than a big music event. Featuring Croatian superstar band Prljavo Kazalište, it drew 250,000 in defiance of Yugoslavia authorities. Croatia would break free as an independent country two years later. This year, Prljavo Kazalište marked the 30th anniversary of that concert, lit with Robe fixtures.
