Hippotizer Delivers Magic for Electric Forest Festival

The multi-genre Electric Forest festival ramped up its AV offering this year, with the Sherwood Court stage’s proscenium arch LED screen displaying content powered by Green Hippo’s Hippotizer Media Servers. Visual solutions company Observatory, were brought on board by Leisure Expert Group – the Creative Directors of Insomniac to provide scenic visual content and delivery/VJ services for the Sherwood Court Stage.

Robe iBOLT makes Impression at South African Inauguration

Designer Chris de Lancey from Immersive Show Technology was asked to create a stunning architectural lighting scheme for the Union Buildings in Pretoria, South Africa, to help celebrate the recent South African presidential inauguration. De Lancey chose to work with Robe ESPRITE moving lights and one of the new Robe iBOLTS, which were applied with great effect together with projection mapping of the South African flag onto the building.

LD Corbin Alvae Lights Alexandra Kay with Support of Bandit Lites

With her 2023 release All I’ve Ever Known, Kay used her heartfelt lyrics and powerful vocals to weave stories fans can relate to and identify with. Lighting Designer Corbin Alvae drew inspiration for the lighting after pouring over All I’ve Ever Known.

At the Glastonbury Festival, Shangri-La is a festival within a festival that is entirely dedicated to creativity, arts, and underground and independent culture – has been a special area for many years now. The sophisticated lighting set-up, for which lighting designer James R. Dickson from Elixir Lighting opted to use the Cameo OTOS® H5 and ZENIT® W600 SMD, played a major part in creating this atmosphere.
