LabeLive and Atlanta Rigging Systems Raise the Roof at the Grand Ole Opry

The K-Love Fan Awards is the premiere “Ultimate fan experience” for the Christian Contemporary Music industry hosted at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN. The event is an opportunity for fans to see 22 of their favorite artists perform and accept awards on the historic main stage.

Crowd Takes Over Downtown Streets During Team’s Stanley Cup Run

Huge crowds descended upon downtown Nashville during the 30 days the Predators advanced through the NHL Western Conference, with hockey fever building to a frenzy during the 2017 Stanley Cup Finals series in early June. All that took placed in late May and early June, during one of Nashville’s busiest times of the year, with CMA Fest [June 8-11] and the CMT Awards [June 7] and related concerts happening around the same time. Fan fever pitch in the city streets was unlike anything the aptly nicknamed “Nash Vegas” had ever seen before.

Brown Note Productions Brings Global Dance’s “City of Dreams” Vision to Reality By MikeWharton

The annual Decadence New Year’s Eve Dance Celebration returned for the sixth year to the Colorado Convention Center. Touted as “America’s Largest New Year’s Eve Dance Celebration,” the event is the brainchild of Ha Hau, owner of Global Dance, who collaborates with AEG Live and Live Nation to produce the two-day indoor EDM festival. Themed as the “City of Decadence,” the celebration features top DJs on two main stage arenas backed with an impressive visual and audio production. Between these two performance spaces is an interconnecting area dubbed “The Chill Room” which features high-tech artworks.

Prestonwood Baptist Church’s Show is an Annual Marvel

Originally founded in 1977, Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas now draws more than 40,000 parishioners from all over North Texas. Bound together through a common purpose, the church has also become known throughout the country for their annual Christmas celebration entitled “The Gift of Christmas.”

The Chicago Cubs Host Massive Celebration

When the Chicago Cubs won the 2016 World Series, defeating the American League’s Cleveland Indians 8-7 in Game 7’s 10 innings, including a late rain delay, it marked the end of an epic era. The Cubs had not won the World Series since 1908 and the City of Chicago was prepared to celebrate the historic win, they just may not have expected it to have truly historic attendance.

Stage manager Jeff Van Duyn came out to tell host Adrian Belew that the event was not, in fact, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony.

Producing the Parnelli Awards

Adrian Belew, Tom Petty, Richard Fernandez, Danny O’Bryen and Greg Mackie were among the impressive list of luminaries at the 2016 Parnelli Awards. This year’s honorees, award winners, and guests celebrated at the largest Parnelli Awards ever produced during the annual bash held on Oct. 22, 2016 at the Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The much anticipated evening is not only about honoring our peers but it really is a testament to the collaborative and supportive nature of our industry as the Parnelli’s list of production partners makes clear. Access Event Solutions, Atomic, OSA, PRG, SGA Production Services, Stage Crew, and TPI Technical Productions Inc. all contributed to the successful production.
