When Blowing Smoke, Don’t ‘Inhale’

Although this tip is particularly important for GLP’s innovative Force 120 fixtures, which feature LED-brightened fan blades, it also applies for the general use of fans for atmospheric smoke and haze machines. The rule is, never aim a hazer or fogger into a fan. The fan’s job is to blow the smoke, not suck it in. If you do, the unit will get all sticky and grimy. Simply put the fan behind, or next to, the hazer, and it will perform as needed, without the mess.
