Event Details: Miss America’s Outstanding Teen, an American scholarship pageant affiliated with the Miss America pageant, aims to promote “scholastic achievement, creative accomplishment, healthy living and community involvement for America’s teens.” The first competition was held in August 2005, also in the Orange County Convention Center’s Linda Chapin Theater in Orlando, FL.
