For Elton John fans, 2023 will be remembered as the end of his Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour. The legendary artist embarked on his final tour on Sept. 8, 2018 in Allentown, PA and ended it in Stockholm on July 8, 2023. John has sold more than 300 million records in his 50-year career and has been showered with Grammy Awards, BRIT Awards, an Academy and a Tony Award, and even a British knighthood. Sir Elton John played 328 shows on the tour, across five continents, grossing $939.1 million, making it the second highest-grossing tour of all time. The tour design brought together Lighting Designer Patrick Woodroffe/Woodroffe Bassett Design; Video Production & Content Creators Treatment Studio and Set Design by Ray Winkler/STUFISH Entertainment Architects.
