XL Video US Reorganization Continues; New Roles for Mark Haney, Phil Mercer

ATLANTA, LOS ANGELES and LONDON — XL Video is reorganizing its U.S. operations and merging the management structure for its ongoing operations in Atlanta and Los Angeles to focus on its three primary business groups: touring, exhibitions and events. In early April, XL Video announced that industry veteran Mark Haney will succeed Phil Mercer as head of concert touring in North America. Mercer, who recently completed a three-year commitment to U.S. operations, will now head the international concert touring business at XL’s offices in London.

 

New Product: The Lighting Ladder

The Lighting Ladder is comprised of galvanized rope wire and 50mm aluminum rungs, which can be fixed into place at evenly spaced end stops. It offers flexibility for venues, as it can be reconfigured depending on each particular lighting need. It can also be ordered in customized lengths.

 

New Product: Lex Products PowerRACK

Lex Products Corporation’s new line of PowerRACK portable enclosed rack mount power distribution modules allow convenience receptacles to be added to standard 19-inch permanent or portable rolling racks. Multiple input /output options, as well as simple installation and reconfiguration, make the modules flexible for shifting power requirements. Modules can be added or removed, based on the project requirements.


WorldStage Maps Video to Moving Walls for Helicopter Reveal

DALLAS – Bell Helicopter had attendees in a whirl with the unveiling of their new model at HELI-EXPO 2012.   WorldStage was brought on by Global Experience Specialists, the producer of Bell Helicopter’s exhibit and product reveal, to help deliver the impact required for the debut at the Dallas Convention Center.
