Bandit Lites announces the hiring of Harrison Reilly and Riley Rowan as Integration Specialists, one of Bandit’s fastest growing departments. They will provide support to project managers in the office, work on site during installation and programming phases of both architectural and performance systems as well as assist clients with any troubleshooting and further education opportunities.
Rowan studied at the University of Cincinnati College- Conservatory of Music where he received his BFA in Lighting Design and Technology. “Most of my professional and educational experiences in the industry have been focused in theatrical lighting and console programming, but I have recently been shifting into the architectural and control systems side recently,” said Rowan. “My first experience with the Bandit Lites Sales and Integration team was for a summer internship in 2022 which persuaded me to dig deeper into the architectural market after being brought along on some incredible projects like MGM Fenway.”
Rowan spent the final summer on two internships, working with ACT in New Jersey and ETC in Wisconsin as a Project Management Intern, providing him with distinctive tools and knowledge to aid in his career growth. “Bandit Lites has provided me unique and incredible onsite and behind the scenes experiences with their ongoing projects,” he said. “I am extremely fortunate for the career opportunities Bandit provides and am excited to grow with the systems integration team.”
Prior to graduating from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem with his BFA in Lighting, Harrison Reilly spent two summers interning at Bandit Lites working with Jake Ticke (Bandit’s Vice President of Business and Innovation) on various tours and productions. His senior year saw him interning with the Integration team assisting on site at the installation of new venues. “I have a huge passion for live music and events,” said Reilly. “I am excited to work with Bandit and this team to help make some of the most iconic venues look and feel magical to every guest that experiences them.”
“It’s been great to see these two make the journey with our team from interns to full time staff members,” said Chris Barbee, Vice President of Integration. “I had the pleasure to work with both during their internships on project sites. Their attitude, dedication and work ethic really solidified our desire to make them full-time members of the team.”
