SmartMatch allows you to connect with hiring companies before, during, and after USITT24. Upload your resume, update your profile, and start scheduling appointments to unlock endless career opportunities!
How it Works
SmartMatch technology uses the survey questions you answer during your USITT24 registration process to pair you with companies and other professionals with the same interests! After you register for USITT24, you may update your answers at any time in your Attendee Service Center. While you’re there, upload your resume or portfolio so hiring companies can view your information.
The SmartMatch page can be used to request appointments with individuals and hiring companies that match your interests. Simply click on an exhibitor or attendee’s name, and you will be able to request an appointment with them. Make sure to fill out your availability so that participating attendees and companies know when you’re free to connect.
