ETC recently announced several new positions within their sales department, publicly reinforcing their growth mindset. With both new hires and promotions from within, the global company is embracing a new hierarchy within sales.
Territory Sales Managers are a recent addition to the sales structure at ETC. These roles support and manage the regional sales teams, working with them to foster the growth of individual vertical efforts including entertainment, architectural, commercial, rigging, and automated lighting market spaces. They will also act as key decision-makers within their respective territory’s sales channel.
In July, Craig Fox, formally the ETC Architectural Regional Sales Manager, became the Territory Sales Manager for Northeastern regions of U.S. and Canada. He is the on-site manager for ETC’s office in New York City, and he brings over a decade of experience developing many iconic ETC projects.
Pete Wiegand, an integral member of the northeast sales team for over 14 years, has been promoted to Entertainment Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast U.S. and Eastern Canada, and he will continue to work out of the New York, NY office. Pete began his ETC tenure as a Field Project Coordinator and more recently as the Associate Regional Manager.
Heidi Bowers has accepted the role of Territory Sales Manager for the Western regions of the U.S. and Canada and will act as on-site manager for ETC’s Burbank, CA office. With years of experience as an ETC Entertainment Regional Sales Manager, Heidi brings a strong foundation of relationships and expertise to this new position.
Chris Stokes was promoted to Entertainment Regional Manager for the western U.S. and Canada regions. For many years, Chris has been a key contributor to the western sales team, starting as an Field Project Coordinator and then operating as an Associate Regional Manager.
With these changes, Randy Pybas, ETC West Coast Entertainment Regional Sales Manager for the past 17 years, officially announced his retirement at the end of 2023. Senior U.S. Sales Manager David Hilton says, “Randy has been such an important part of our sales effort. He always stressed the value of relationships both inside and outside of ETC, teaching us to be fair and empathetic. We all send our congratulations on his successful career and wish him well in his retirement.”
Rob Raff, a familiar face, and staple of the ETC sales team for many years, has accepted the position of Territory Sales Manager for the South. He is based out of the Orlando, FL office and his territory includes the southern U.S., Latin America, and Caribbean regions.
The newest face to the sales group is Chris Leffel who accepted the position of Architectural Sales Manager in August. His territory includes southern U.S., Latin America, and Caribbean regions. Leffel comes to ETC after an extensive career with Barbizon having spent almost 20 years with the company in a variety of roles, most recently as the Southwest System’s Manager
And finally, Bryan Yeager became the Territory Manager for the Midwest in December and will continue to be based out of the headquarters building in Middleton WI. Bryan has an impressive history serving in both the entertainment and architectural markets.
David Hilton says, “Each of these individuals bring not only a wealth of experience, but also long-term relationships with some of our biggest partners. As ETC continues to strategically expand into more markets, I am excited to see how they will steer our sales effort to fuel continued growth while safeguarding our culture of strong customer support.”
