Rosco Laboratories, Inc, and ETC announce that they have reached an amicable resolution to the intellectual property dispute earlier this year. Both companies are focused on customer satisfaction and recognize the value of Rosco’s color trademarks to the lighting design community.
The executives of both companies expressed their satisfaction with the outcome of the negotiations and their commitment to maintaining this spirit of collaboration moving forward.

ETC plans to reinstate Rosco trademarked color, gobo, and fixture profiles within their software in the spring of 2024.
