STAGECO extends its best wishes to CEO, Mary Lou Figley, who is retiring from STAGECO US on December 31, 2023. Figley has successfully led STAGECO US for over 31 years and is a beloved member of the STAGECO Family. It was essential for Figley to find a replacement whom she felt could take over the reins and help grow the US marketplace. During that search, the leadership team and Figley selected Micah Catterson.
During her 31+ years of service with STAGECO, Figley was instrumental in the success and establishment of STAGECO US in Colorado Springs, CO and its satellite office in Manheim, PA. She has touched countless members of staff, team, and executives and has left her mark on the company for years to come.
Catterson is an experienced executive leader focused on revenue growth, operational performance, and delivery excellence on a global scale. Catterson will provide strategic leadership for STAGECO US by working with the executive leadership team to establish long- range goals, strategies, and growth plans. Catterson is known for utilizing operational know-how to simplify and evolve business platforms for scalability and growth.
As a leader, Catterson has followed a few simple principles throughout his career: be transparent, be honest, lead from the front, and listen and focus on solving problems.
STAGECO’s entire staff and management like to thank Figley for her timeless efforts to raise and grow the company’s US division and bring it to where they actually are with stunning projects and amazing partnerships with all of you.
