The K&M crank up stands (models 24730 & 24740) feature an innovative dual crank mechanism using a user-friendly and highly safe two crank gear system. The integrated AutoLock system prevents any sudden lowering of the load by locking automatically. For extra security, the crank can also be removed to prevent unauthorized use. These stands meet the DIN 56950-3 load test to support 88 lbs. (40 kg). The integrated M10 bushing threads allow for crossbars or individual lights to be directly mounted. The 24730 weighs 26.4 lbs. and raises up to 9.8’. Model 24740 weighs 31.3 lbs. and raises up to 13’. Made in Germany, all K&M products come with a five-year warranty and 10-year parts replacement. ADJ: Focus Spot 7Z
Powered by a 420W white light LED engine, Focus Spot 7Z has a native color temperature of 8,000K and offers an output of 20,000 lumens, and can produce spot and wash effects. Its collection of features include full CMY color mixing; variable CTO flag to select any color temperature of white light from 2,700K to 8,000K; an animation wheel; motorized zoom, focus and iris; as well as two rotating gobo wheels, two rotating prisms, and two frost filters. It also supports smooth 16-bit electronic dimming as well as variable speed strobing from 1 to 20Hz. The fixture also incorporates a separate 7-slot (plus open) dichroic color wheel loaded with red, green, blue, orange, and dark blue as well as CTB and High CRI filters.
City Theatrical: QolorFLEX 25x3A Dimmer
The QolorFLEX 25x3A Dimmer (P/N 5811), is a low voltage, constant voltage, dimmer designed for large installations of LED tape. The QolorFLEX 25x3A Dimmer features 25 channels of control and can accommodate five-channel LED tapes easily, creating efficiencies when it comes to installation time and wiring. The QolorFLEX 25x3A Dimmer is fully DMX and RDM compatible and offers standalone functions. Its maximum current load per channel is 3A with a Maximum Device Input of 75A. DMX connections include 5-Pin XLR, 3-Pin XLR, and etherCON RJ45 connectors, which are a ruggedized and lockable RJ45 connector system. It also includes 99 curve selection options and 18 film and video modes. This dimmer requires an external power supply to suit the LED tape being used. It is designed for indoor use.
Claypaky: Arolla Aqua
The Arolla Aqua is designed with an IP66 rating; and is powered with a white 900W (7,000K) LED light source, producing 40,000-lumens. Its zoom can be adjusted from 5.5°-50° (9:1). The color section includes CMY color mixing with 16-bit control, linear CTO, and a six-color wheel. It comes with a soft edge frost filter, flood frost effect, a 24-bit digital dimmer, digital stop strobe, and four fan operating modes. The effects section consists of two gobo wheels (one of which rotates) with high-definition dichroic glass gobos, an animation wheel, a four-sided prism, a 16-blade motorized iris, and a framing system on four focal planes with rotation between +/- 60°. It measures 29.53” in height and weighs 85 lbs.
Martin: ELP PAR IP Wash Fixture
The ELP PAR IP static LED wash fixture, with an IP rating of IP65, uses seven 40W RGBW LEDs with color temperature control of 1,800K – 12,850K and a lumen output of 3,350. Features include a wide zoom range (5.5–50°), full-gamut color calibration, and smart rigging and control features. In terms of color, it measures—TM-30 Rf: 79 and TM-30 Rg: 116, and LED color management modes include Raw, extended, and calibrated. It has onboard, local control with an OLED display and can operate with DMX or RDM control; it requires up to 14 DMX channels, and has 16-bit fine control of Dimming, RGB, and Zoom. The ELP PAR IP measures 12.4” x 11.3” x 15.7” (including bracket) and weighs 20 lbs.
Pangolin Lasers: FB4-XE Variant
After encountering ongoing challenges in combating supply chain issues and counterfeit hardware, Pangolin has redesigned its FB4, incorporating readily accessible, modern components. The FB4-XE is the new variant, which ensures seamless integration between existing variants. While the underlying components have been entirely revamped, all other aspects remain unchanged. The FB4-XE maintains the same physical dimensions, same pinouts, and board-level connections as the FB4-SE. From the end user’s perspective, the transition to the XE variant is seamless. Pangolin is committed to simultaneously developing firmware and features for both XE and SE versions. Inside the software, users will interact with XE versions of FB4 the same as SE variants. The only visible distinction will be the “XE” tags in various locations to help identify the XE variants.
Wenger: Novara™ LED Luminaire
The Novara™ LED luminaire is designed specifically as a retrofit for Wenger’s Diva® Acoustical Shells, outputting 6,800 lumens of white light. Novara LED fixtures allow venues to upgrade to LED in the shell ceilings, enhancing the stage lighting while contributing to energy savings. It eliminates buzzing or noise commonly associated with cooling fans found in incandescent lighting systems as well as producing minimal heat and no ultraviolet or infrared radiation. It’s also individually addressable and controllable with DMX/RDM or mains dimming technology. With two axis beam positioning, Novara offers easy adjustability. The luminaires can be easily installed by venue staff via a step-by-step installation video. Novara is specifically designed as a 1:1 replacement for incandescent fixtures installed in existing Diva Acoustical Shells, offering comparable beam angles and lumen output.
Whirlwind: Cyclone Pocket Cases
Whirlwind’s Cyclone Pocket Cases do away with the clumsy case doors that typically have to be stored when not in use. Instead, simply tuck them away into the Pocket Case. Available in 10-, 12-, 14-, and 16-space sizes, the inner shell is shock mounted top and bottom. Cyclone Pocket Cases are also available in custom sizes upon request. Features include UL94, marine-grade UHMW polyethylene construction; proprietary box joint construction for maximum rigidity; custom 5052-H32 marine-grade aluminum corner guards; MOL™ recessed latches; stainless hardware; Colson Encore© series 4”x3” casters (each with a 480 lb. capacity); and truck-pack outer dimensions ideal for 90-100” trailer widths. The cases are UV-stable, rated -105°F to 167°F, and hand-crafted in Rochester, NY.
