Wenger Corporation introduced more options in rigging motion controls: the J.R. Clancy Vantis Mobile and Desk Consoles. The two new solutions debuted at the recent USITT Stage Expo.

The Vantis™ Mobile Console
The Vantis Mobile Console is an ergonomic handheld console that allows the operator to move around the stage for better view and operation of moving equipment. It comes equipped with Show Control, so the operator can write cues with motion profiles that include position, speed, and timing.

Key Features
Vantis Mobile features control of up to 35 machines. With the Mobile, users can be assigned a unique ID and password to provide tailored controls. This console also controls various set types including hoists, acoustic banners and travelers. To prevent light leaks on stage during performances, the Mobile includes adjustable screen brightness.
The Vantis Desk Console
The J.R. Clancy Vantis Desk is the largest, most powerful console offered by Wenger Corporation with a 22″ (559 mm) touch screen and keyboard for easy programming. It provides control of up to 54 machines with program targets, presets and cues to handle a wide range of performances.
Applications
The Vantis Desk Console is designed specifically for larger venues to control more machines with the same intuitive interface.
Key Features
Unique user IDs and passwords can be incorporated and assigned on the Vantis Desk Console, to ensure a personalized experience and allow specific functionality per user. Various set types including hoists, acoustic banners and travelers can be controlled, and it comes equipped with Show Control, allowing users to program position and speed for performance specific cues.
Other Vantis Products
The Vantis Mobile and Desk Consoles join the Vantis Wall and Pendant Controllers. The Wall Controller can be positioned just off stage on a wall or in a rack mount cabinet. The Pendant Controller lets the user control position and movement of scenery sets, drapery and other overhead hoists from multiple vantage points.
