Tour Details:
Todd LePere, Owner and Sales Director, Nighthawk Video:
Todd LePere is an Owner and Sales Director for Nighthawk Video. Touring production company Wasted Potential approached Nighthawk along with Upstaging Lighting to offer a combined package for the Rod Wave Beautiful Mind Tour. The video and lighting production companies have their headquarters less than one mile apart. “With us being so close to Upstaging, this allows us the ability to advance design needs, integrate departments and prep seamlessly without any added costs,” LePere says. “Once the contract was awarded, we worked directly with LeShun Williams from 360 Productions who ran the production team. We coordinated the camera needs and locations based on the artists expectations. We were also able to set up the whole video and lighting rig at Upstaging prior to production tech rehearsals, so we were able to roll into rehearsals show ready.” LePere says this design allowed them to supply 100% of the video gear design with brand new equipment owned by Nighthawk. “We did not have to sub-rent any part of the video, so we had complete quality control over the execution of this video design from start to finish.”
