Event Details:
The Iration & Atmosphere Sunshine & Summer Nights Tour, that ran July 8-Aug. 26, 2022, was LIT Lighting’s first show using their new GLP X5 Wash. Cullen Noon and Ryoji Suguro had to work together in coming up with a rig design that worked for both the reggae and R&B styles of music. With 30 dates that included large sheds to small bar stages, designing the rig to be configurable was important. Cody Lisle with LIT Lighting helped in designing the logistics for the challenges of the smaller venues. “One of the major assets was having our upstage ladders be able to land on bases or be flown from a house truss or our own rig, giving us a big part of our production paired with the house rig,” Lisle says.
