Tour Details:

After performing at the Aug. 27 and 29 Leeds and Reading festivals in their native U.K., the Struts returned across the Atlantic for their tour to continue in the States from Aug. 31 (Jannus Live in St. Petersburg, FL) to Nov. 5 (Marquee Theatre, Tempe, AZ, not far from the Phoenix home base for Lit Lighting). Despite the tour’s title, there were a few strange twists and turns along the way, including the cancellation of their planned show at Bonnaroo on Sept. 5, not by Covid but by flooding from the remnants of Hurricane Ida. LD/programmer Carlos Katsurayama credited Lit Lighting for a heavy-lift assist with programming the Avo D9 215. “The tour keeps me on my toes every night with off-the-cuff setlist changes and crowd participation moments,” Katsurayama noted.
