ESTA is Seeking a Program Manager for ETCP

The Entertainment Services and Technology Association (ESTA) is looking to add a Program Manager for the Entertainment Technician Certification Program (ETCP). The Program Manager for the Entertainment Technician Certification Program (ETCP) is responsible for the administration, communication, oversight, and overall advancement of the program within the broader Entertainment Services and Technology Association (ESTA). Manager will work with ESTA staff and executive leadership, the ETCP Council, and the Subject Matter Experts, to fulfill the program’s mission and vision. The Manager is also responsible for first-line communications with ETCP candidates and certificants, to facilitate their success in the program, as well as coordinating test development, to maintain the integrity of the exams. Requirements, experience, and skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area of study (preferred)
  • Five or more years in program management
  • Experience in budgeting and operational needs
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working with volunteers
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong competence in data management
  • Previous success in establishing relationships with program partners to help secure the long-term success and credibility of the program
This is a remote working position, with some travel requirements. Candidates must have space for a home-office that offers a moderately private and quiet environment. Salary is negotiable based on experience. Health insurance, including vision, dental, & life insurance, is provided for full-time employees.
