Arista Alvista RS-124-A07 Dual HDBaseT Transmitter/Receiver System

Arista Corporation’s new Alvista RS-124-A07 1U rackmount dual HDBaseT transmitter/receiver system is available in three configurations, depending upon one’s input requirements. The RS-124-A07 promises flexibility for transmitting video and audio over long distances, such as in projection mapping environments.

ARISTA’s RS-124-A07 is the ideal solution for extending audio, video, IR control, Ethernet, and power over a single CATx cable. With support for video resolutions up to 3840 X 2160 (4K UHD) video, the RS-124-A07 ensures superb picture quality for the most demanding applications. The system incorporates 10.2 Gbps of bandwidth on all channels, along with 3D and deep color resolutions. Equally notable, the RS-124-A07 is HDCP compliant and Blue-ray ready.

To ensure the most flexible operation under a variety of conditions, the RS-124-A07 offers an EDID pass-through, offering the ability to transfer data directly from a source to the display. Further, the RS-124-A07’s receiver module is powered by PoE (Power over Ethernet). Similarly, the transmitter module provides up to 36 watts of power via PoE.

The Alvista RS-124-A07 is a 1U Rack Mount HDBaseT product that can be configured and ordered in three input configurations of dual HDBaseT transmitters or receivers with different video signal format inputs and outputs. These configurations provide the functionality to meet the ever-changing requirements of ProAV events. The three configurations are:

  • RS-124-A07-TX05: Incorporates the RI0-A07-TX05 HDMI Input, HDMI Loop Back Output module.
  • RS-124-A07-TX08: Utilizes the RI0-A07-TX08 Display Port Input module
  • RS-124-A07-TX09: Incorporates the RI0-A07-TX09 Display Port Input, 3G-SDI Loop Back Output module
