Blackmagic offers new Products at NAB

LAS VEGAS –  It’s been another exciting year for Blackmagic Design, and at NAB this year we have introduced a new range of 8K products as well as DaVinci Resolve 16. The new 8K products are easily some of our most powerful products, offering more advanced features even when working in HD, Ultra HD or 8K, so they are future proof and ready to use for 8K work the moment our customers need it. HyperDeck Extreme 8K HDR features the trusted reliability of HyperDeck combined with new innovations such as space saving H.265 files, optional internal cache, 3D LUTs, and native 8K and HDR support. Customers can record over 8 hours of 8K footage on a single 1TB CFast disk. It will be available for $4,995 in June.

ATEM Constellation 8K is an Ultra HD live production switcher with so many features, you can combine them all to make an incredibly powerful 8K switcher. You get 4 M/Es, 40 x 12G-SDI inputs, 24 x 12G-SDI aux outputs, 4 DVEs, 16 keyers, 4 media players, 4 multi viewers, 2 SuperSource and there are standards conversion on every one of the 40 SDI inputs. It is available now for $9,995.

Teranex Mini SDI to HDMI 8K HDR is the latest development in our Teranex range. It is an advanced 8K monitoring solution for large screen televisions and video projectors – perfect for film studios and broadcasters who need professional but affordable color accurate monitoring. It will be available in May for $1,295.

DaVinci Resolve 16 is a major update that also introduces a whole new way to edit – the revolutionary new dual timeline cut page is specifically designed for fast turnaround editing. A public beta of DaVinci Resolve 16 will be available for free download today from the Blackmagic Design website.

Fusion 16 Studio brings all of the improvements made to Fusion inside of DaVinci Resolve to the stand alone version. A public beta of Fusion 16 Studio will be available for free download today from the Blackmagic Design website.

Blackmagic MultiDock 10G is a new rack mount USB-C disk dock that lets customers access and move SSD media disks between cameras, HyperDecks and computers by rapid docking. It will be available in June for $595.

DaVinci Resolve Editor Keyboard is a premium, all-metal, USB-C keyboard with integrated jog control to help professional editors work faster without the need for a mouse. It will be available in August for $995.

Blackmagic Pocket Camera Battery Grip is a new carbon fiber non-slip hand grip that houses two rechargeable L-series batteries to extend Pocket Cinema Camera 4K recording time to over two hours. It will be available in August for $245.
