Touring Career Workshop Announces 2018 Date; Registration Open Now for November 13 Event at Soundcheck Annex

Nashville, TN – It’s undeniable that live touring is a constantly changing multi-billion dollar industry, a staple for music stars in every genre and employees thousands of people all over the world.  Chris Lisle and Erik Parker, touring industry veterans, created Touring Career Workshop (TCW) to continuously give “roadies” a great place to learn, grow and network. TCW’S eighth annual event will take place on November 13 at Soundcheck Annex.  Registration is open now for the event here.  Areas of expertise covered this year include mental health on the road, healthcare options, and the ever-changing and tremendously important situational awareness. Mike Cruce, President and Owner of Media Visions who will celebrate their 25th anniversary this year, will present the Keynote address.

Touring Career Workshop is a free event for music industry professionals that gives “roadies” the necessary human resources to sustain a career in the music touring business. TCW, founded by Chris Lisle and Erik Parker in 2011, was designed to serve and educate their colleagues in the touring music industry. The event has grown from fifty attendees to over 375 in 2017.
