LITITZ, PA – ATOMIC, a creative company providing set construction, rental solutions, design and production services for the live event industry, announces a third business partner and owner of ATOMIC. Chloe Rich joins her father, Tom McPhillips, and brother, Daniel McPhillips, as a third partner and owner of ATOMIC. Rich, who was recently awarded the Lancaster Chamber Young Professional Network “YPN Lead Award,” has worked at ATOMIC for six years and transitions from Director of Brand Development & Marketing to Vice President of Brand Strategy.

Rich started her journey to Marketing and Live Events with a degree in Television Production from Emerson College, and time at cable networks MTV and IFC before joining ATOMIC. AT ATOMIC, Rich manages the brand and oversees all Marketing efforts including web, digital, print, social media and public relations. Rich will continue in these functions and transition into new responsibilities as Partner/Owner, which include engaging in the financial and operational initiatives, participating in business strategy planning and collaborating with the Chief Operating Officer in organizational growth and development efforts for the team of 115 employees.
