With the use of video on tours growing and demand surging, Bandit Lites added to its massive touring inventory with a purchase of Chauvet PVP X6IP video panels. “We are always on the lookout for high quality video products at reasonable prices to better serve our clients,” shared President Pete Heffernan. “We were elated when this product from Chauvet presented all these specifications and more, since their incredible history of customer support has allowed us to endorse another stellar product.”
“The Chauvet PVP X6IP is a fantastic addition to our arsenal,” added Bandit’s Director of Technical Services Jake Tickle. “The ease of use of this product makes it attractive to any user. From a serviceability stand point the product is rock solid, and additionally it carries an IP65 rating making it attractive for both indoor and outdoor events.”
Lighting designer Paul Hoffman will be utilizing the PVP X6IP panels on his psychedelic design for legendary rock band Widespread Panic’s spring tour. The panels boast an innovative design that allows him to use them in either indoor or outdoor venues, as they are both weather- proof and bright enough to use in broad daylight. The advanced die-cast aluminum houses magnetic modules for quick setup, while the sealable louvers ensure they can be closed to block backlight indoors.
“We’re honored that Bandit has added the PVP X6IP to its inventory,” said Albert Chauvet, of Chauvet. “Throughout its history, Bandit has been a leader in providing affordable solutions to its customer’s needs. This decision is in keeping with that tradition, as it will provide Bandit with a cost effective way to meet the growing demand for bright, reliable outdoor rated video panels.”
