LAS VEGAS, NV — TV Pro Gear recently designed and engineered two new Flypaks to showcase at the National Association of Broadcasters tradeshow held in Las Vegas.

The new systems (called Generation-5) employ carbon fiber and a unique suspension systems built into the wheels for better protection against shocks. The Gen-5 system has 15% more rack space yet they are lighter, smaller with improved better ergonomics. Andrew Maisner, President of TV Pro Gear stated, “This design took 18 months to perfect. There was a tremendous amount of CAD work prior to building multiple prototypes to get everything just perfect. We had to learn new skills like how to work with carbon fiber and rare earth magnets before we could finalize the design.” TV Pro Gear has filed several patent applications to protect the many new features.
