OCALA, FL — First, NOW Church, based here, has built an extensive live AV and broadcast infrastructure based around Blackmagic Design products. First, NOW church is relying on the Blackmagic Design products to help spread its message and keep its community informed through weekly sermons, streamed Bible lessons and weekly Internet broadcasts.
Ricky Perinchief, owner of Florida based design and consulting firm Proton Global, which helped with the install, said of the Studio Cameras: “The images coming from the cameras are amazing, and the 10 inch monitor and focus control have been incredible. As with most churches this size, the technical staff at NOW is made up primarily of volunteers, and the huge screen along with the ability to better control the camera right from the back has helped them catch all the things that are happening in front of them. It has allowed them to capture a much more professional looking broadcast and was really easy for them to learn on. And at $1,995 per camera, I am already looking into how I can expand and use more of them. The new ATEM 2 M/E Production Studio 4K has not only given our clients the power and flexibility they need right out of the box, but in addition provides all-important room to grow and expand their system.”
