STOCKHOLM, Sweden — Stageroom, a technical installation and rental company based here, has been acquired by the Espoo, Finland-based Bright Group, a major entertainment technology services company serving the Nordic region. Stageroom will continue to operate as a separate company and becomes affiliated with Starlight and Lagom & Gott in Sweden, two other companies acquired by the Bright Group.

Bright Group has already a strong position within fixed installations in Norway, and with this acquisition, Bright is entering into the installation business also in Sweden.

The current owners of Stageroom continue as managers in the company and become shareholders in Bright Group.
