Laserworld has expanded its array of 3D laser effects with three new/updated laser projectors — the CS-1000RGB 3D (based on the exisiting CS-1000RGB), the ES-1805 RGY 3D and the ES-800S RGB 3D entry-level laser light system (which was used for the visuals pictured here).
Laserworld also recently announced the availability of the Spider Laser Game, for a Mission Impossible-like challenge of navigating through a space pierced with multi-colored beams — some of which can move. Players compete based on time, and the system adds a time penalty when the beam is broken.

Laserworld CS-1000RGB 3D
New Strong Laser Light System with Glass and 3D Effects
The recent product release of Laserworld was quite unusual: The CS-1000RGB 3D is not only a normal laser light projector, but it comes with several special effects that can be selected.
The CS-1000RGB 3D is based on the platform of the very popular CS-1000RGB, but comes with a special slider, which is equipped with several glass effects and a 3D effect. The different effect options can be selected via DMX where the whole projector is also ILDA capable. Full DMX mode, Music mode and automatic programs can also be run.
These effects are possible:
- Normal scanning (fast 30kpps scanners, graphics capable)
- 3D effect
- Star effect, multitude of laser beams
- Effects multiplication
- Spirographic geometric patterns
- Refractions effect
By combining the scanner output with the effects, the possible variations can be multiplied.
The CS-1000RGB 3D pushes the Club Series to a next level where the projection plays a more important role. Until now, the major aim of the Club Series was to create ambient effects and beam shows. Now the portfolio has been completed and the Club Series may become even more interesting to new potential customers.
Laserworld ES-180S RGY 3D
Affordable 3D Laser for Parties, Bars, Mobile DJs and Small Clubs
The new ES-180S RGY 3D from Laserworld is a versatile 3D effects laser with additional scanning systems for smooth graphics projections. It can display a multitude of different patterns, which are given a 3D-like effect through a special diffraction grating. The projected pattern is shown in green, yellow and/or red (multi-color patterns included!) and the diffraction grating generates a multitude of that pattern and lets them circulate around the center projection – with giving it a 3D-like effect. The fast scanners create very smooth patterns, without flickering.
The new 3D effect laser ES-180S RGY 3D is very good visible and give a real 3D impression. It is extremely easy to handle, as it can run in sound-to-light mode and stand alone. But it’s also possible to use DMX512 control. If several systems need to run synchronous, they can easily be daisy-chained with DMX cables. The red (>100mW) and green (>30mW) laser sources create very good visible laser light output and can also be mixed to yellow..
The ES-180S RGY 3D comes in a rugged aluminium housing (like all units of the Evolution Series do) and thus is also suitable for mobile use. As the system is very lightweight and small it can easily be integrated in existing lighting setups and designs.
Laserworld ES-800S RGB 3D
New strong RGB 3D effects laser for Parties, Bars, mobile DJs and small Clubs
With the new ES-800S RGB 3D Laserworld released a very strong entry-level laser light system with integrated Star- and 3D-Effect and an output power of up to 800mW. Since the last Prolight&Sound in Frankfurt these 3D lasers have become very popular – Laserworld presented its CS-1000RGB 3D there.
The 3D effects lasers were further improved and different variations have been developed. Based on the very good experience with and high demand for star effects lasers, the ES-800S RGB 3D has been created as intermediate solution between a normal star effect and the advanced 3D laser effects:
This showlaser system creates different kinds of patterns like dotted circles, classic star effects, helix/spiral visualizations but also has glass gobos included to extend the effects further. It is hard to describe the variety of patterns and the different, morphing lines and figures (like spirographic effects), but it is amazing to see them in their different colors. As an RGB Laser light the ES-800S RGB 3D mixes red, green and blue and thus generates much more diversity in the pattern appearance than it would be possible with two-color-only star effect lasers.
In sound-to-light or stand alone mode, the effects vary depending on the general settings, but if controlled by DMX the different effects can be selected individually and additional modifications are possible, like super fast strobe effects or rotation speed.
This laser light system is extremely easy to handle, as it can run in sound-to-light mode and stand alone. But it’s also possible to use DMX512 control, so the laser can be seamlessly integrated to existing lighting setups. Due to the red, green and blue laser sources multiple colors can be displayed.
The ES-800S RGB 3D comes in a rugged aluminium housing (like all ES units do) and thus is also suitable for mobile use. The 3D-like effects are projected through 2 apertures at the laser.
As laser sources the ES-800S RGB 3D is equipped with >100mW red, >60mW green and >400mW royal blue.
The ES-800S RGB 3D works at a deflection angle of up to 120° due to the advanced double-laser-apertures and the optimized effects gratings.
Laserworld Spider Laser Game
New Type of Laser Maze Attraction Released
Many different things that can be done with show laser lights in amusement parks, but Laserworld released a new type of laser game adventure – the Spider Laser Game
Spider Laser Game is a new laser maze application for children and adults.
The Game is set as if in a film where a treasure has to be grabbed, which unfortunately is protected by an alarm system consisting of many laser beams – some of them even moving!
The laser beams can be passed by jumping over, crawling under, catching or dodging the beams in different areas. The player competes against the clock. If a beam is interrupted an additional time penalty is applied.
The game can contain various zones with various levels of difficulty which can be controlled for maximum fun. As an example, the game can be split into three zones, where each zone provides another challenge.
Different laser colors make the game appear different depending on the actual level of difficulty and it can be adapted to create different ambiences. Even moving laser beams are possible!
An example setup may have three zones with different goals:
Zone 1: Green Zone
In the first zone there could be a scenario based upon a mission impossible theme. The player has to pass by the beam obstacles and must be careful not to touch the beam and trigger the alarm. Once he has passed all the beams, he reaches the next zone and another challenge.
Zone 2: Blue Zone
The second zone requires agility and fast reaction. The player has to catch as many blue beams as he can in the given time. To make it trickier, red beams show up too, which mustn’t be caught – otherwise additional penalty time is added.
After the set time the door to the last zone opens.
Zone 3: Red Zone
For completing the last zone a combination of speed and agility is required: In this area the beams are moving randomly through the room and more beams are added as the time within the game progresses. The scenario is based on a movies theme, where the player must jump and duck as fast as he can to reach the buzzer at the end of this zone.
Of course all different combinations are possible and the technology can be extended further.
Additional sound and lighting effects as well as fog are used to emphase the emotional appearance of the game. People waiting in front of the gaming area can watch the players inside the three rooms on screens mounted in the entry zone.
This kind of laser game brings effects that have been seen in movies, to reality – and everybody can experience them.
