LOS ANGELES – The high output Quad Phase HP Moonflower from ADJ is powered by a 32W 4-in-1 quad color RGBW LED source to produce 15 bright preset colors. The intense array of colors combined with the sharp beams help create a nightclub level of lighting excitement at weddings, parties or any event, without requiring a big club budget.
More details from ADJ (www.adj.com):
Aside from being bright and sharp, the Quad Phase HP promises speed because of its advanced 1.8° long-life stepper motor, which allows for smooth directed movements. The fixture’s 65° beam angle lends an added dimension to its rapid patterns.
“We’re excited to be offering the Quad Phase HP, because it breaks new ground and fills a much needed role in the market,” said Alfred Gonzales, national sales manager of ADJ. “The club culture has become so prevalent and so familiar to so many people today that even at a small wedding or event, clients are expecting to experience a club-like atmosphere on the dance floor. This is exactly what the Quad Phase HP delivers; and all at a reasonable price.”
The Quad Phase HP lalso offers all the DMX-512 capabilities for programming or linking. The unit features 4 DMX channels (color, rotation, strobe, dimmer); Sound Active, Master/Slave and DMX-512 operation modes; and built-in programs. The 4-button DMX display panel on the rear of the unit is an appreciated convenience when programming. (The Quad Phase HP may also be controlled with ADJ’s easy-to-use UC3 mini controller, which is sold separately.)
The fixture’s quad color LEDs (red, green, blue and white) have a 30,000 hour rated life. Other features include a 3-pin XLR cable for linking fixtures, a strobe and pulse LED effect, 0-100% electronic dimming, IEC AC IN/OUT on rear to daisy chain power (up to 5 units at 120V and 9 units at 230V ), and a safety hook on the rear panel.
