STAMFORD, CT – Rosco has a new project which offers free swag and an opportunity for publicity for scenics, scene shops or prop or costume builders.
The idea, according to a Rosco spokesperson, is to “publicize the innovative work being done in scene and prop shops all over the country. And to reward the people who will take the trouble to photograph and document the work and send it to Rosco.”
Rosco will post the photos and case histories on its web site and, in some cases, circulate it to its worldwide data bases. It will provide a unique t-shirt to all participants.
The Rosco spokesperson added, “This is not a contest. There are no winners or losers and no one will judge the work (although a lot of people may admire it!) Everyone who submits photos and text, will get a t-shirt. The only requirement is that a Rosco coating or paint product played a significant role in the creation of the scenic piece or prop.”
