The TourLift from Show Distribution is a chain hoist with a removable head to swap the electronics in case of failure. The body is small enough to be mounted in a truss and it weights about 90 pounds without the chain. The capacity ranges from 1/8 ton up to 12.5 tons. The speed varies from 0.5 to 104 feet per minute with 1mm accuracy. It uses XLR or EtherCon connectors for data input and Modbus TCP for data transfer between servers and the hoist. The device can be daisy-chained or installed in a star configuration via an Ethernet hub.
