The new Quad Phase from American DJ is a moonflower effect with a 10-watt, four-color LED source that can be mixed to produce 13 colors. It has a 65° dispersion angle and 160 individual beams are moved with stepper motors. It can be run in sound active mode or in master/slave mode (linkable via 3-pin cable) with its own built-in programs. It can also be operated with DMX-512 using four channels for color, rotation, strobe and dimmer. It also has a 4-button display on the rear panel. The MSRP is $279.95.
