The new Trap Lift from Serapid is a portable automated platform designed to carry actors, props or scenic elements from under the stage to stage level. It sets safely on the floor without anchoring or outriggers.
The platform measures 3 feet by 4 feet and features travel from 12 feet to 15 feet high at a speed of 20 feet per minute or optional faster speed of 150 feet per minute. Other options include a convenience outlet on the platform and a pallet jack to move it in and out of place. The Serapid Portable Trap Lift is available in eight models with 500 or 700 pound capacity.
