ORLANDO —Medialon will offer a training session on Manager V5 show and media control Software prior to InfoComm 09. The two-day course will be held on June 15 and 16 at Electrosonic’s Orlando-based facility. During the session, Medialon engineers will provide students with the technical skills required to set up and program a show control system using Manager V5 software release.
The course is targeted to show technicians, freelancers and end-user technicians who are responsible for programming and running show control systems in live events or permanent installations. Places are limited, so those interested in attending are encouraged to register online.
Students will be taught Medialon Manager features and requirements, setup, programming — including how to develop custom interfaces and logical treatments in complex show control applications, and how to run and maintain the show control system.
Since Medialon Manager and Medialon Showmaster, the new embedded controller, both share the same programming environment, students will learn how to program both products.
The Medialon Manager training course is recognized in the InfoComm Certification program (CTS), and students will have an opportunity to earn seven InfoComm RUs (Renewal Units).
