TAVULLIA, Italy — RCF Group, an audio company which includes RCF and db Technologies brand owner AEB, has purchased 51 percent of SGM Technology for Lighting S.p.A., based here. “It is a great opportunity to us to become one of the companies of the RCF Group,” said Gabriele Giorgi, managing director of SGM. “Over the years we have built a very dedicated team and, together with our worldwide distribution partners, we have significantly expanded our international sales.
