AUSTIN, TX — LightParts Inc. marked five years since its incorporation. Don Pugh and Robert Mokry founded the company in Jan. 2004 as a service center for High End Systems’ legacy products, such as Intellabeam, Emulator, Dataflash, Laser Chorus and others. The company has since responded to demand by expanding its services to cover circuit board repairs and parts sales for High End, Martin, Flying Pig, Jands, Vari-Lite, Strong Technobeam, Coemar, Pulsar, Wybron, Leprecon, and Clay Paky products.
LightParts now stocks over $750,000 of parts for immediate shipment, and employs a fulltime staff of 10 at their 6,700-square-foot headquarters in Austin. Many of the world's lighting rental companies now depend on LightParts for parts and repairs.
