CARLSTADT, NJ — City Theatrical announced its first eight SHoW DMX technology partners, each of whom have agreed to use SHoW DMX technology inside their products, which include wireless dimmers, wireless distributed dimming, wireless DMX transmitters and receivers, wireless lighting controllers and wireless remote circuit breaker panels. The newly announced partners include Applied Technology, Easily LED, Electronics Diversified Inc. (EDI), Johnson Systems, Lex Products, LynTec, LSC and Zero 88.  Pictured here at City Theatrical’s booth in Las Vegas are, from left, Larry Dunn, City Theatrical; Gary Pritchard, LSC; Scott Humphrey, Applied Electronics; Jon Leonard, Applied Electronics; Mike Rampmeyer, Applied Electronics; Graham Eales, Zero 88; Shaun Johnson, Johnson Systems; Sam Heigle, Electronics Diversified; Dan Nguyen, LynTec; and Gary Fails, City Theatrical. CTI’s SHoW DMX system synchronizes the hopping pattern of the radio with the incoming DMX packet to improve wireless DMX’s data fidelity.  The system’s features include adjustable output power, limited bandwidth mode and limited burst mode, which lets it avoid disruptions with other radio signals in the busy 2.4GHz band.

SHoW DMX also is fully RDM, which enables users to change radio settings and monitor receiver strength from their laptop during the performance and monitor other manufacturers’ RDM gear on their production.   SHoW DMX is also fully compatible with ArtNet.
