After timecoding a rock show, the lighting will roll along with the audio track, and it’s amazing to see the final work running on its own with no prob…Whoa-Whoa-WHOA! The timecode is NO LONGER WORKING! That’s right, this tip stopped in mid-sentence to show what often happens. The operator of the console must be prepared for this at all times by knowing how to operate the cues manually and keep the show running.
