MONTREAL, QUEBEC — The new Stageline SAM 550 XH, which features the covered wings system, made its official debut, July 1, in Montréal, for a series of outdoor summer concerts.
The two 40’ x 20’ covered wings are directly installed and connected to both sides of the stage. This additional work surface is designed to provide a practical and ample staging space, and protection of crews, instruments and equipment in case of bad weather.
Another feature is the modular door system, featuring seven freight doors located on the two sides of each wing. As a result, the two wings can also be transformed into covered docks, making loading and unloading operations easier.
Especially designed and built to fit the Stageline SAM 550 XH series, the covered wings system is designed for outdoor events or tours that requires extensive production logistics.
