I am 28 years old, my fiancée Rachel works with me when we do a show. I have had this rig for three years, and I’ve been in stage work since I was in 6th grade.
Hobbies:
I play ice and roller hockey. I love golf (but am not very good). I am a sucker for learning new things and checking out how other creative lighting designers do their rig.
Equipment:
I have a basic rig: 9 Pocket Scans, 16 PAR 56s, 4 PAR 64s, 9 strobes, DMX Operator, Stage Setter 16 and a haze generator. I love the size of the Pocket Scans for the clubs I am in.

Bio:
I’m based out of Toronto, Ontario and Valencia, California and do work in television and theatre. I’ve been a part of the production team of “The Doodlebops” since its inception. “The Doodlebops” is the number-one rated pre-school TV show in Disney Channel USA and CBC. I currently specialize in lighting design at The California Institute of the Arts (CalArts).
Hobbies:
I consider myself a bad movie aficionado. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and occasionally some photography.

Personal Info:
I’m an ex-road warrior who used to travel as sound and lighting director for midlevel touring groups from 76 to 86. I lost my mind and control of finances upon seeing my first Genesis concert with moving lights. I do small regional concerts and special events with automated systems, primarily and put on elaborate Halloween displays to treat the neighborhood kids.
Hobbies:
Keeping maintenance up on my system! I do a different Halloween displays each year. I’m a music lover, from Pink Floyd to Southern Culture on the Skids with a healthy dose of techno thrown in. I write and record novelty songs, and am currently production manager for Sol Altaire and the Invaders, the first alien rock band to touch down on this planet.
